Upon arrival deputies spoke with the homeowner and she stated that she had no idea who would target their residence and would not cooperate further. The vehicle was found in a different section of the parking lot with the broken window and the steering column removed with the ignition hanging.

Taylor, 19, Decatur, for the offenses of Obstructing Identification, Unlawful Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Vehicle and a valid arrest warrant out of McLean County Illinois. Taylor was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing. On August 5, 2022 Clinton Police arrested Mekhi R. Flagg, 19, Decatur, for the offenses of Driving While License Suspended and a valid Moultrie County arrest warrant.

Alyssa Rice, age 24, of Heritage Drive in Tinley Park was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Anthony Powell, age 18 of Park Forest was charged with aggravated battery. Aidan Wilda, age 19 of Lockport was cited for expired registration and driving while license revoked.
